QA Tester Part-time Position

Christopherson Business Travel is the fastest growing travel agency in the intermountain region. Due to our growth, we are always looking for qualified, experienced employees.

This is a part-time entry level position as a Quality Assurance Tester. We are looking for someone with a technical background to test our website.  Hours are flexible.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with development team to reproduce errors, test code changes, and certify products for release.

• Attention to detail, organization skills, and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and as part of a team.

Requirements include:

• Familiar with Windows XP and/or Windows 7

• Familiarity with multiple web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari)

• Ability to communicate both orally and written in an effective manner.

• Experience testing web applications a plus

• Basic programming in Java a plus

Web Developer Needed

I am currently building a team to work on an internet start-up for a product that will be launched in time with the 2012 election season. I have great business, marketing, and design/branding people on board and need a web developer to be the other major equity partner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in back-end development for multi-functional websites from the ground up. We have a web designer already and are looking for someone with back-end development experience.

The position will be part-time and very flexible, but the candidate needs to be able to commit consistent time every week. Pay is negotiable, but will be primarily in the form of an equity position as partner in the company.

Web Programmer Needed

The person that is needed:

• Has experience with web development in PHP, Ruby, Python, or similar server side languages
• Considers themselves a rockstar in terms of ability and motivation

Web page revision needed

I am looking for help immediately.  I need to revise the ESSF webpage and have no time to do so currently.  The format is simple.  I just to simplify and add a few menu options.  If this student understands the webpage better than I do, they may also be able to provide suggestions on how to make it more user efficient.

Programmers needed

We are looking to fill a need for a specific project; the project will be in Silverlight and it will integrate with 2 existing Silverlight applications and a SQL Server backend.

This is pretty generic but here’s what we’re looking for

•             BS in Computer Science or equivalent

•             We are open to all levels of experience

•             Motivated, self starter

•             6 month position with possibility to take on additional projects
