Should be familiar with:
• Data Structures/ Algorithms
• OO PHP
• SVN/ Git
• Linux commandline
• SQL
And have:
• Web application development experience
• A strong analytic skill set
• Desire for growth
• Bonus skills:
• Django
• Open source projects
• Understanding scalability
