Clinical System Technical Analyst - 79869
The Clinical Systems Technical Analyst performs technical support, technical installations, maintenance, technical analysis, testing, and documentation for the maintenance of departmental and enterprise clinical applications. This position will provide third level support for clinical applications with primary responsibilities supporting the HELP1 System. Provides business analysis and project management for clinical systems projects. This support position will work rotating on call shifts during business hours and off business hours during the week, weekends, and holidays 365x24x7.

- Ability to troubleshoot and develop coordinated steps for problem solving
- Ability to debug and understand programming code for troubleshooting and discover root cause
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and articulate those issues to others
- Ability to document solutions and maintain the documentation
- Ability to take appropriate initiative for involvement in assigned projects from design through implementation and look for ways to continuously improve the process
- Ability to learn new applications and platforms quickly
- Ability to work with team members, other teams, and end users in a mutually respectful manner
