The primary function is to be directly responsible for new client implementations of Truenorthlogic’s proprietary software. This person will lead and manage the elicitation and implementation of technical and functional requirements for new client implementations, enabling the project teams to deliver client specific implementations on time and on budget. This is a client facing role and requires excellent communication skills. Some travel may be required.
The candidate must have considerable experience in a fast-paced software development organization.
Qualifications:
· Solid understanding of web and online media technologies Flash, ASP, JSP, HTML, XML, CSS, Database, CMS, and CRM
· Capability to analyze client issues that need to be solved to deliver intended business outcomes
· Strong creative problem solving skills
· Have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
· Ability to manage large and complex projects projects independently.
One to two years of interactive business analysis experience; solid analytical,
organizational, problem solving skills and technical aptitude required
· College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Candidate will be responsible for completing deliverables and technical changes to Truenorthlogic’s proprietary application that supports our client's needs for professional development management processes.
· Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks, and reports on and manages project status throughout the project lifecycle.

· Executes project schedules on time
· Sets and manages client expectations, may conduct project meetings.
· Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end user, TNL’s client services
organization, product development, and other implementation partners.
· Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprises management of issues affecting
project status and offers solution to solve the issues.
· Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon completion
(handoff) and close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support of standards, processes and procedures which are instituted as best practices.
· Confidently makes presentations to all types of audiences.
· Act as liaison between all functional groups.
· Develop client and internal documentation.

Functional/Technical Skill
· Experience with requirements gathering and knowledge in IT Infrastructure a must.
· Expert understanding of TNL’s proprietary software products, infrastructure and
software development project lifecycles.
· Experience with HTML, XML, SQL programming, Web Application Development, and
Related Databases
· Ability to model business processes
· Understanding of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)Ability to
effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across many assignments.
· Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing set of complex projects.
· Technical writing skills that produce clear and unambiguous deliverables.
