NEC Laboratories America, a premier research facility of NEC Corporation, has openings in the Computing Systems Department located in Princeton, NJ.
We are seeking a Software Engineer or PostDoc with background in Compilers. Successful candidate would be able to contribute to ongoing research and development effort
on 'Compilers and Programming Models for Heterogeneous Processors' .
Qualifications for Software Engineer:
* MS or PhD in Computer Science
* 2+ years of experience with a research/product compiler
Qualifications for PostDoc:
* PhD in the area of Compilers/Programming Languages
* Hands-on experience with a research/product compiler
You will work on an experimental compiler with a team of research professionals.
This is a temporary position for 2-3 years. Renewal subject to our requirements and candidate's performance. Compensation and benefits commensurate with candidate's experience.

The group engages in research in the general area of system software for parallel and cluster computing. The current focus is on clusters with
heterogeneous computing components such as Intel MIC and GPU. Research projects cover topics ranging from programming models and compilers to runtimes and middleware.
