Ruby on Rails

* Coding assistance on a sizable Ruby on Rails app.
* Involves touching all aspects of the app from front-side Javascript to back-side ActiveRecord.
* Required skills include Rails experience.  Preference given to coders with experience in Rails' testing, fixtures, and factories.  Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus.
* We're flexible on hours -- 10-20 hours a week.  All work can be done remotely and at virtually anytime during the day.
* This role could turn into a full time position within several months, so the timeline for a graduating senior would be right on track.
* The hiring company is an 18-month-old startup focusing on providing organizational development and management services to retail stores.  The company has nearly 100 customers and is seeing strong growth.  This would be the first technical hire outside of the founders, so it's a great opportunity to both influence a product in its early stages and learn how a startup operates.
