Hours:
6 hours per week
·      Have lots of fun

·      Help customize and integrate open source shopping cart with other features
·      Collaborate with creative team in designing new custom features
·      Find and fix security holes on our server in our Php based web applications
Qualifications:
You will be working with an autonomous team to achieve specific results.
·        Fluent in Php
·        Thorough understanding of server and application security issues
·        Desire to have your experiences make you rich
·        The ability to give careful attention to detail and maintain the highest level of accuracy
·        The ability to work well with people and present an image of professionalism

Web Design Internship - Six Degrees Leadership

• Collaborate with creative team (Art Director, Graphic Design, and Photography) in designing new pages and layouts for various projects

Software Developer Internship - Clearwater Analytics

Clearwater Analytics is a well respected SaaS provider of investment portfolio reporting and analytics. The company currently reports on over $500 billion in assets for over 2,500 institutional investors including many Fortune 500 companies. Clearwater has offices in Boise, Idaho and New York, New York. Clients include Cisco Systems, Intuit, eBay, Electronic Arts, NVIDIA and a number of major banks and investment managers.

Requirements:
Strong problem solving skills
Working towards Computer science degree
Classroom experience with an object-oriented language (Java, C++, C# etc)
Must be able to legally work in the US.

Q: What would my schedule need to be like to work there?
A: We’re flexible, but would like a minimum of ten hours a week during school, and if you are interested, full time in the summer. Hours need to be some time between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the week (no Saturdays or Sundays).

Q: What would I be working on?
A: As for technologies, mostly Java. But don’t worry if you aren’t a Java expert; we do allow for some on the job learning. We also do a fair amount of database programming, web programming, and applications that do batch processing. You’d probably start out on our data team or production operations team, and after some time have projects on our new functionality team as well.

Q: What’s the pay range?
A: Depending on your experience, $14 - $20/hour.
