Par9Golf.com is a SaaS startup based in Pleasant Grove. We're changing the way that software companies work and charge for their solutions. We're looking for paid interns and part-time development engineers that want to actually enjoy going to "work". We've been profitable since the day we started and we have customers who love us.
About the Position:
We work daily with Ruby on Rails (ROR), Javascript, Apache, MySQL and our backend is running on Amazon's EC2. We also have iPhone and Andriod apps so, skills in that area are a huge bonus. You'll work remotely so there is no clock to punch as long as your code is AMAZING. We meet via Skype and get together when needed to discuss architecture. You'll work closely with our lead developer who is a ROR all star and great all around person.
You should have:
- Kept up with the latest Web Technologies and Agile Development practices
- Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
- Comfortable with Linux, Apache, MySQL, jQuery, Javascript, HTML, REST
- Experience with Subversion/Git
- Experience with iOS / Android is a big bonus
