Web programmer needed

I’m the co-founder of Find A Place, LLC based out of Idaho and I currently am a student at the U. Find A Place is a real estate “.com” company that is still in development. We are in need of a student or two that is willing to help us launch the site. We need someone who has basic flash skills, advanced skills would be great, they need to know how to connect to a database server (MySQL or XML) with flash (action script) or someone who could learn how. We also need someone who is handy with Ajax or Mootools or anything to the liking. On top of that, JavaScript, any graphics design and HTML is a must. We could also use a second individual who knows how to make phone apps, if someone knows how to make an app talk to a MySQL server than they would be great. 

I have done web development as a contractor in the past and I would love to show someone the ropes of the business side of web development. This would be a great opportunity for a student to learn practical experience in the work force. We would need one or two people sooner than later and the pay is low but negotiable.
