IM Flash Technologies is a joint venture of Micron Technology and Intel, formed to manufacture NAND Flash memory for use in consumer electronics, removable storage, and handheld communication devices. IM Flash combines Micron's leadership in process and product technology with Intel's multi-level cell technology and history of innovation in Flash memory to successfully compete in the NAND Flash memory business, an increasingly important and fast growing market segment.
IM Flash Technologies Internship program supports education, helps students gain work experience and attracts future employees to IM Flash. To achieve these objectives, interns are placed in areas applicable to their fields of study, where they are encouraged to function as a regular team member. They work on applied projects and interface with industry professionals at the company.
Intern Information Systems Job Summary
We are looking for 3 Information Systems Interns this year.
As a Software Engineer Intern for Reporting Systems at IM Flash Technologies, you will join a team of highly skilled Software Professionals in creating reports that the electrical engineers and production engineers will rely on to make improvements to the products that IM Flash manufactures. You will play a key role in taking requirements and developing them into usable reports using SQL within a proprietary development tool or using Microsoft Reporting Services. You will gain experiences with communication, SQL languages, and general business practices.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be currently participating in information systems courses. Candidate must be quick to learn and have an understanding of software and a good understanding of SQL languages as well as database concepts. Candidates must also show good communication skills and be able to manage ones time efficiently and effectively.
1st Intern requirements: we need 2 Interns with these skills:
Interns must be pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Interns will be considered that have taken classes and possess a good understanding of one or more of the following: Database Design, SQL, C#, Perl, and Software Development Life Cycles.
2nd Intern Requirements we need 1 Intern that has these skills:
C#, Perl, SQL, database, all stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
