Software QA Engineer - Storage Craft

Software QA Engineer –   Testing (3 positions open)

StorageCraft cares about PEOPLE! StorageCraft is looking for individuals to join its growing software quality-assurance team.

Qualifications: 

·         Two years of QA testing experience preferred or two years of computing-related work experience. 

·         Ideal candidates will have programming and/or scripting experience, and a sound understanding of at least one, but preferable multiple of the following platforms (Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, OS X). 

·         Good candidates will have a working knowledge of computer hardware, subsystems (particular storage subsystems), peripherals, physical networking, network protocols, virtualization frameworks, test-automation tools and frameworks, and diagnostic software tools.

·         Able to be work in a team-based environment, self-motivated and excellent follow-through

Education:

B.S. Degree: Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience preferred and/or Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Success Metrics:

·         Debug software and quality testing milestones on time and with very few errors.

Physical Requirements:

·         Dexterity and ability to sit for long periods of time
