The person that is needed:
- Has experience with web development in PHP, Ruby, Python, or similar server side languages
- Considers themselves a rockstar in terms of ability and motivation
- Has ambitions to create and build their own startup
- Works well in groups but does not rely on the group for motivation or direction
Ideally they would also:
- Be familiar with the startup world e.g. TechCrunch, YCombinator, Mashable, etc.
- Have an eye for good design
- Be passionate about all of the above
They would be working with:
- A highly motivated young marketing professional
- A complete and thorough business plan with financial projections
- A very small team whose goal is to participate in YCombinator
They would receive:
- Partial ownership of the company
- Recognition as a cofounder
